Career / People, systems & progress

Good work starts
with understanding.

Understanding what someone needs, how a system works, and what it takes to move an idea forward. That thread runs through my career.

From the classroom
to the job site.

At JoVE, I worked with institutions adopting educational resources, then led and coached a sales team. In fire protection, the conversations became more physical: buildings, systems, service needs, and the scope of a job.

The settings change. The work still calls for listening carefully, asking useful questions, and following through.

Foundation & continuing curiosity

Management engineering.
Still asking questions.

I earned a B.S. in Management Engineering at Worcester Polytechnic Institute. Today, that interest in people and systems also shows up in the tools I’m experimenting with and the notes I keep as I learn.
